![]() Thankfully, WayForward populates the environments with new enemy characters, as well as familiar faces from the last game, the classic Kunio-Kun/River City titles, and the Double Dragon universe. The map makes the backtracking even more annoying, because you must open it using the in-game smartphone to see where to go (the game desperately needs an on-screen mini-map). This isn't optional, and comes across as unnecessary padding. For example, Williams (a classic Double Dragon enemy) tasks you with returning power to certain parts of the city, which requires you to revisit a few areas.
